Question about my USB drive post-Boot camp

I just installed Windows on my Mac using bootcamp. During the process it renamed my USB drive "WININSTALL" and placed a ton of files on it. Now that boot camp has finished and Windows is successfully installed on my Mac, can I delete those files and use my USB drive as normal?
